This is a pending lawsuit alleging Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Breach of Contract, Conversion and Tortious Interference.

The complaint contains allegations and that have not yet (Feb/2026) been adjudicated either way by the court

Shah | Law.com RadarAalok Shah and his companies Pacific Harbour Advisors and Zuna were hit with a shareholder oppression lawsuit on Jan. 27 in Washington Superior Court for Snohomish County by a minority owner of Harbour Investment Management, a portfolio management firm founded in 1991. The complaint, filed by Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson, claims that Shah acquired 95 percent ownership in January 2024 and subsequently attempted to flip the company for $12.5 million, operated a competing business through Zuna, diverted clients, engaged in unauthorized private equity deals and threatened to unilaterally amend operating agreements to force a sale. The case is 26-2-00980-31, Berkenhoff v. Shah.
